    1. We will keep MLA as our Program Evaluation Goal for 15-16
  4. Discuss what data we collect to determine if we are meeting our goals
    1. 8th grade failures from the previous year vs. current 9th grade failures with MLA vs. 10th grade failures without MLA
  5. Attendance plans/incentives/goal discussion
    • Attendance Info
    • American Graduate
    • Attendance incentive proposal
      • Quarterly incentives with less than one full day (6 periods) of excused absences
      • No unexcused absences
      • A list of students that are excessively absent will be created to consider those students who may be put on a "watch list" that could include staff "sponsors" to address more frequent incentives (weekly raffle, etc) and make daily contact with those particular students- possibly further involving link leaders with these individuals
      • This link will allow you to see the current 48 students with 5 or more absences...I will try to include those with known issues, while Health Issues do not exempt you from Excessive Absence, we may not warrant a "sponsor" for those students at this time: https://goo.gl/ziNWdY
  6. Intervention for all students Built-in the school day-Power Hour update
    1. Initial Meeting for Power Hour with leaders and admin 10/13 to present viable options
    2. Meeting with all staff who volunteered to serve on the Power Hour Committee to follow
    3. Plan to present info at 10/30 staff meeting
